How a Storybook works
You do not need a finished book on day one. Open a chapter. Save it. The next pending chapter loads. Stop whenever you want. Progress stays.

Octopus asks a few things so the chapters fit this person, not a generic list. If a prompt is wrong, tap Try another question.
Each chapter is text, audio, or video. Save and continue. After a couple of chapters the app will ask if you want to keep going.
Why it is not a chat thread
A Storybook is a private book with a library, an outline, and a studio. It is not a public feed, and it is not another text thread you will lose.
In the studio
See the prompt. Add a memory jogger if you want. Record in the format you picked. Save and the next unfinished chapter comes up.
Ask someone
Send a request. They get a book waiting on them. You can see who has not started yet and share the invite again. Their chapters stay in the family membership, not on a public page.
